Definition:                                   

1. To contract one's muscles, especially to demonstrate their size and strength. 

2. To demonstrate one's influence, power, or strength.

Mr. Wong spent a lot of time flexing his muscles  at the meeting this morning. He wants us to know he's in charge.

Don't mind Mr.Wong, he just likes to flex his muscles  around new people.
